5th Ordinary General Assembly on February 9, 2024

At the invitation of the GF Goeldner Foundation, around 20 members and guests gathered for the annual general assembly on February 9, 2024, at the historic Kleinbahnhof in Rendsburg.

The progress of individual projects since 2022 was presented, along with an outlook on upcoming initiatives in 2024. Additionally, the 2023 financial statement (a separate blog entry will follow) and the 2024 financial plan were explained and unanimously approved. The board was also unanimously discharged.

As part of the regularly scheduled board elections, Markus and Colin Göldner were re-elected, and Marvin Göldner was elected as an additional board member. The resulting vacant position of auditor is now filled by Steffan Liebscher, following a unanimous vote.

A highlight of the assembly was a special video message from our partners in Malawi, showcasing our latest project, the Home of Dreams school dormitory (Schulwohnheim Home of Dreams - Blogeintrag).

Following the official proceedings, members and friends enjoyed an informal gathering with snacks and drinks, exchanging ideas about ongoing and future projects.
