Visit to Malawi in October 2025 - 16.10.2025

We are once again visiting our friends and partners in Malawi for two weeks. After a long journey, we arrived safely in Lilongwe on October 16 and will use the coming days for important meetings and to clarify key matters. We will visit the Primary School Chepezi and discuss the next steps with everyone involved in the project. As always, our guiding principle remains: the people on the ground - teachers, parents, representatives of the education office, the church organization, architects, and others - will determine the course of action, not us. We see our role as listeners and, of course, as an organization responsible for raising the necessary and substantial funds. Construction work is scheduled to begin later this year, and the entire school project will be completed in several phases.

The container dispatched a few weeks ago, carrying almost new solar panels and other urgently needed items for the Dedza region, has now arrived in Malawi. We will accompany it to its destination, the Tadzuka Permaculture Project in Kampatha, and help distribute the goods on-site.

We will also set up and inaugurate the GF Goeldner Foundation Guest House in Mganja. It will soon be available for booking on international platforms, with all proceeds going directly to support our projects.

Our schedule includes meetings with our cooperation partners in Lilongwe (including the Rotary Club Lingadzi) and representatives of the organizations we work with (including the bishops of the Dioceses of Dedza and Lilongwe). We will also visit the Permaculture Project in Kampatha (Hau-Hau family) and the Luntha Clinic in Golomoti (Frank Banda). Finally, we hope to receive official registration as a Malawian NGO during this visit.
