Tadzuka Permaculture Project: Progress on the Water Project in Kamphata - 21.07.2026

The team of the Tadzuka Permaculture Project in Kamphata has shared an update on the current state of the water project.

Following the successful drilling of the borehole, the next step was the construction of the tank stand. This stage was initially delayed, as the contractor had to wait for the necessary approval from the Department of Water Resources. Now that this permission has been obtained, work on the tank stand has begun. According to the contractor, it is expected to be completed with a likely extension of about a week in August. Once that is done, the remaining installations of the solar-powered water system can follow.

Alongside the water project, the team has begun harvesting its sweet potatoes, which are now ready to be sold to individuals and at local markets. The income from these sales contributes to the project's ongoing costs.
