Our Foundation in the legal form of a non-profit association operates selflessly and is subject to constant monitoring and control by the tax office responsible for us. We have been operating as an association since the end of 2017 and our commitment goes back to annual personal visits and social activities in Malawi. We have already received over 180,000.00 EUR from our supporters, friends and families as membership fees and/or donations. The association currently has 64 members (as of October 2020).

We, the association, use the donations personally only for the statutory purpose. The purpose of the association is the promotion of the development cooperation in Malawi in the field of education through the ideational and financial support of foreign corporations under private and public law. The purpose of the statutes is realised in particular by raising funds through contributions and donations and the subsequent transfer of funds, especially for the promotion of educational measures and educational projects in Malawi. This purpose is not directed towards an economic business operation and does not include an intention to make a profit or a commercial activity. Our primary goal is the promotion of education in Malawi, especially the education of girls.
